Return Policy – TashiNest
At TashiNest, we value your trust and strive to ensure you have a smooth shopping experience. We take great care in packing our products to ensure they reach you safely. However, in the rare case that your order arrives damaged, please share a photo of the product and packaging within 24 hours of delivery, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
- Certain items such as kitchenware, fragile décor items, and clearance/sale products may not be eligible for return unless they are received damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/video proof.
- We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund as per your preference.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after inspection and approval of the returned product.
- Refunds will be made via the original mode of payment.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If the requested product is unavailable, we will issue a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or customized products.
- Items purchased during clearance sales.
- Fragile items damaged due to customer mishandling.
